With over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, she guides business owners, investors, and institutions through the property decisions that matter most to their bottom line. She has led more than 1,500 commercial transactions in Puerto Rico and trained sales teams managing some of the market’s most significant portfolios. Co-founder of the commercial real estate community platform Espacio Comercial and host for their Podcast.
A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), the highest-rigor designation in commercial real estate and investment globally, she currently serves as Academic Dean of the CCIM Institute, Puerto Rico Chapter, which she chaired in 2022. She is also a licensed Real Estate Broker C-11495 and Specialized Instructor in Commercial Real Estate and Investments in Puerto Rico.
